1. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return ordered items within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.
2. Return Process

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify SIA TAPIRS by sending an email notice to: kapyparts@gmail.com.

Returned goods must be undamaged, unused, in full set, and in their original packaging.

Items can be returned via courier/shipping service or delivered directly to our physical store at Trikātas iela 10, Riga, Latvia.
3. Return Costs & Refunds

The direct costs of returning the goods (shipping/courier fees) shall be borne by the Buyer.

SIA TAPIRS will issue a refund within 7 to 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise at our warehouse.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
